STAR WARS IS FALLING APART, and it needs to be saved from Disney (especially under the reign of and Kathleen Kennedy). I've been wanting to write a Star Wars video essay for a while now, about how the most iconic franchise in the history of Hollywood go burn to the ground so fast with the sequel trilogy (The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi, and The Rise of Skywalker), The Mandalorian Season 3, The Book of Boba Fett, Solo: A Star Wars Story, the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, and so many unreleased projects.
Kathleen Kennedy is running Star Wars and Lucasfilm into the ground, and instead of just yelling about WHY STAR WARS SUCKS or WHY STAR WARS IS DEAD, I wanted to really dive in and discuss why this series is failing at the moment, and why a Taika Watiti directed spin off or a Mandalorian and Grogu movie isn't the answer we need.
We will be discussing Why You Can't Turn Star Wars Into Marvel, Why Lucasfilm has ZERO confidence in moving forward with any new Star Wars movies or shows, Why Kathleen Kennedy isn't choosing the right filmmakers for Star Wars, and Why New Star Wars projects are just bad to begin with.
So with all of that being said, this is my video essay about Why Star Wars is Falling Apart.
