{For stuffing)
1 tbsp grated ginger (किसा हुआ अदरक)
½ tsp Asafoetida  (हींग)
1 tbsp crushed Coriander & Fennel seeds (धनिया और सौंफ)
½ tsp Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर)
2 tbsp Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
1 tbsp red chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर)
¼  tsp Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
2 tbsp Gram flour (बेसन )
1½ cup green peas ( हरा मटर)
2 medium potatoes (आलू )
Salt to taste (नमक )
½ tsp raw Mango powder (आमचूर पाउडर )
Oil for frying (तलने के लिए तेल )
