Reuters: "London's super-luxurous Savoy hotel was brought to a standstill this week after an apparently-alive Elvis Presley was seen walking the famous marble halls of the iconic hotel. Dressed in a crushed black velvet suit complete with gold belt, lionhead cane and heavy chrome sunglasses, the King stunned onlookers as he entered the beautiful lobby and proceeded to the Thames Foyer for afternoon tea. Even the hotel staff, used to seeing celebrities and royalty, were agog as he walked by. The handsome King of Rock n' Roll, who reportedly passed away in 1977, even made time to speak to one of our contributors.

It soon became clear that it was not the real Elvis, but rather a popular YouTuber and entrepreneur called J.R. "the King of London". J.R. makes regular visits to Harrods and other luxury destinations for his YouTube channel which boasts in excess of 70,000 Subscribers. J.R. good-naturedly posed for a photograph with our agent and then said he was on his way to Harrods to buy a favourite cologne. With that, he put on his blue-tinted sunglasses, and with a final wave to onlookers, he left the hotel for Harrods".

Elvis Aaron Presley passed away in 1977 at his Graceland mansion in Memphis, Tennessee USA. Since then, rumours have swirled that he faked his passing and evidence pointed to his name allegedly being mis-spelt on his grave as well as numerous sightings across the USA and the world. So-called "Elvis sightings" reached fever-pitch in the 1980s with the publication of the books "Is Elvis Alive", "The Elvis Conspiracy" and "The Elvis Files". Soon, national TV talk shows started investigating if the King had faked his passing. More recently, some believers claim that Elvis is now going under the name Bob Joyce and/or Jesse.
