Everyone! Today I using my NEW EASY Pearl Cell Pour Recipe to create a pearl cell dutch pour combo. This is part of the pouring from coast to coast collaboration with some really great people and fabulous artists. Here's the line-up:

Materials I used in this demonstration:
16" Round Canvas
Modern Masters: Flash Gold
This Little Piggy Pigments (TLP): Prehnite
Custom Light Blue/Grey
Amsterdam: Olive Green Deep
NEW PEARL CELL RECIPE:
1 Part Vallejo Pearl Medium (link to buy: https://www.dickblick.com/products/va...)
1 Part Liquitex Titanium White (OR COLOR PAINT)
2-3 Parts US Flood Floetrol
Water to consistency (no trace- sinks in the cup)
Pouring Medium for PUDDLE/POUR OVER/DUTCH POUR paints:
50% Floetrol 50% Golden GAC 800 (or Golden Color Pouring Medium Gloss)
Puddle & Dutch Pour Paints mixed 1 pt paint to 5 pts PM and water to consistency (tube paint approximately 1 part water, fluid paint no water) (This is the ratio for highly pigmented paints like Golden, Amsterdam, Pebeo, etc)
No silicone used for cells. It was all the layering of the paints that made those cool effects.
