How to increase and decrease the size of the Taskbar in Windows 11

Currently Windows 11 does not have any default settings to adjust the size of the taskbar. If you would like to make the taskbar larger or smaller, you can do so by editing the Registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

In the right pane find the value called TaskbarSi. If it cannot be found, create a new one, by right-clicking on the Advanced folder, select New - DWORD (32-bit) Value, and rename it to TaskbarSi.

To increase the size, Double-click the TaskbarSi entry and change the Value data to 2 and click on OK.

(Restart)

To decrease the size, change the Value data from 2 to 0.

(Restart)

To return the Taskbar back to its default size, change the value to 1.

(Restart)
