Fix - Monitors of Different Refresh Rates 60 144 hz on Nvidia GPUs

For AMD GPUs use AMD
For AMD GPUs use AMD Radeon settings.
Must use HDMI 2.0 or higher, or preferably Display Port cables, plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard. Despite what your monitor is capable of, your GPU might not be powerful enough to deliver high frames per second to both monitors simultaneously at certain resolutions. Monitors that advertise 144hz may truly only be capable of 60hz at its highest resolution and 144hz after lowering the monitor's internal resolution settings using its buttons. See the monitor's product info to know if it's capable of the desired refresh rate-resolution pair.
As far as I know, this is the only correct way to set up multiple monitors that have 144hz and 60hz etc, and a lot of people are scrambling to figure it out. Hope it helps!
