✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Raw Mango(कच्चा आम/कैरी) - More than 1 Kg (Big & Juicy)
* Sugar(चीनी) - 500 Gram
* Bay leaf(तेज पत्ता) - Some
* Cinnamon(दाल चीनी) - 1 Pieces
* Cloves(लौंग) - 3-4
* Nigella Seeds(कलौंजी) - Some Quantity
* Green cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 4
* Black Cardamom(बड़ी इलायची) - 1
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Spoon
* Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1 Spoon
* Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - Some
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Cashew Nuts(काजू) - Some
* Raisins(किशमिश) - Some

For Lachha Paratha
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 1.5 Bowl
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Butter(मक्खन) - Some
* Garlic(लहसुन)- Some
* Chili Flakes (चिल्ली फलैक्स) - Some
* Oregano (ओरिगैनो) - Some
* Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - Some
* Refined Oil(रिफाइंड तेल) - 1 Spoon
* Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया)
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा)
* Oil(तेल) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Chutney, wash & peel the Raw Mangoes/Kairi & great them with the grater. Keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame & put grated Raw Mangoes & saute for 2 minutes. Then add some Sugar. When the Sugar starts boiling, put Bay Leaf, Sinnamon Stick, Cloves, Nigella Seeds/Onion Seeds, Green Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Black Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, chopped Cashew Nuts, and Raisins & cook it well. Then take out the tasty Chutney in a bowl and keep it for cooldown.
For Laccha Parantha,  in a bowl, take some Wheat Flour, Salt & bind the dough by adding some Water. Cover & keep for 10 minutes. In a bowl take some Butter, Garlic, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Chat Masala & Refined Oil & mix all well.  Then take a dough ball & roll it. Finally, spread the Butter Mixture all over & sprinkle some Oregano, Coriander Leaves & Wheat Flour. Put some Coriander Leaves in it & roll it lightly to set the Coriander Leaves. At last overlap, & press & roll it. Heat the tawa & put the Parantha to it then apply Ghee & roast it. Serve the Laccha Parantha with the Mango Chutney & Enjoy it. In this way, Tasty Kachhe Aam Ki Chutney & Lachha Paratha will get ready to serve.
