M30 Engine rebuild.Installed new crankshaft
M30 Engine rebuild.
Installed new crankshaft bearings. Clearance was checked and is within specification.
Applied assembly lube to bearings and crank journals.
Torque of new main cap bolts - 45 ft. lbs.
After all caps were torqued rotation of crank was performed. One final check of cap bolt torque ended crankshaft install.
Prep time - 30 minutes
Install time - 25 minutes.
