Today I’m breaking down the covert signs of spiritual abuse in romantic relationships, family dynamics, religious organizations…and of course, these can all be applied to high control cultic spiritual and religious groups. Spiritual abuse in romantic and interpersonal dynamics is hard to endure, but can also go unrecognized due to the tactics being normalized in those relationships. This list is not exhaustive, but these are common ways spiritual abuse manifests itself and today I’m exposing/sharing the sneaky tactics that are often used as a way to achieve power and control.
