Burger Bun
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 2cup
Sugar - 2tablespoon
Instant dry yeast - 2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Mix all the dry ingredient
Egg 1 (optional)
Warm milk 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tablespoon
Knead the dough by hand or stand mixer about 10 to 15 mints.
Dough should be soft

Bake in a preheated oven 30 minutes at 360°F or 180°C
(Temperature and time may vary depend on your oven specification)
