Say hello to my Choco-Apple Cake 🍎🍏🍫🍰! A delicious twist to make apples more exciting. 🎂✨
Apple cake recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 apples, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Maida (all-purpose flour)
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions:
- Grease the baking tin with oil or butter.
- Dust some flour in the tin and set it aside.
- In a grinder, add the chopped and peeled apples, milk, and oil.
- Blend until you get a smooth puree.
- Transfer the apple puree to a mixing bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients: maida, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and cinnamon powder.
- Gently mix everything together until well combined.
- Add the vanilla essence and give a final mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin.
- Tap the tin gently to remove any air bubbles.
- Cook on medium-high flame for about 30 minutes.
- Once baked, turn off the heat and let the cake sit in the pan for a few minutes.
- Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool.
