- 8 to 10 oz Elbow Macaroni to make 2 Cups of Cooked Macaroni
- 1 Pint of Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream (Same)
- Chicken Broth & Water (Heavily Salt the Water!)
- 1 Pkg. Mozzarella Cheese
- 1.5 Cups of Smoked Gouda ( This will have to be grated)
- 8oz Block of Sharp White Cheddar, Grated
- 4oz Cream Cheese (Not used in the video but optional)
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
