Time for some comfort Food! Lamb Shanks, the Ninja Foodi does a marvellous job on this delicious home made country classic. We do hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lamb shanks
30g butter
2 potatoes
10g oil
2 pieces pumpkin
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
100g bacon
80g tomato paste
1 small glass red wine
3 bay leaves
1t vege salt
1 t pepper
400g beef stock
3 celery stalks with their leaves
1 carrot
