High Power Diode Pumped Laser

A "Z-Fold" high power fiber coupled diode pumped Nd vanadate laser. A description of the design of this particular laser and general discussion of the considerations that need to be made when constructing this class of laser. Demonstrations of power output, beam quality, and the layout of the laser optics is shown.
