#mjskitchenette #besanbharekarelay #stuffedbittergourd Besan Bhare Karelay | Stuffed Bitter Gourd Recipe | بیسن بھرے کریلے Recipe: Karele ( Bitter gourd) 1 kg For Filling Onions 2 (medium sized) Tomato 1(medium sized) Green chilies 3-4 (medium sized) Gram Flour( Basin) 1 1/2 cup Red chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Dried coriander 1 Tbsp Garam masal 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cumin Seed(zeera) 1/2 tsp Peel off karela (bitter gourd) add salt to it then leave it for 30mins Add Onions,Tomato ,Green chilies, Red chilli powder,Turmeric dried coriander, garam masala Salt, and cumin seeds into a grinder and grind the ingredients. Now add the grinded mixture and basin (gram flour) into a bowl then mix it and add water 3-4 Tbsp to make a thick paste. Cut the karela (Bitter gourd) from the center and Remove the seeds from it. Now fill all the karelas (Bitter gourd) with the basin (gram flour) mixture and wrap the karelas(Bitter gourd) with a thread. Now take a pan and deep fry the bitter gourd on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.Change the sides after every 5-6 minutes. For Gravy: Onions 3 (Chopped) Tomato 2 (Chopped) Green chilies 2 (Chopped) Red chilli powder 1 /2 tsp Turmeric 1/4 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Salt According to taste Fresh coriander 3 Tbsp (Chopped) Cook onions for 4-5 mins or untill it turns light brown. When onions turn light brown, Add green chillies, Tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add salt, Red chilli and turmeric then cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add garam masala and coriander.
