Crazy Driver While Photographing My Local Town | Viral

Today were at the #beautiful Town of Bewdley, iv come for a walk around to look how they're doing with the flood defences and to catch a couple photographs of this pretty town. As you can see in the video the cloud dissipated really fast so no chance of a sunset so decided to do a few long exposures, all was going well until a crazy car driver came the wrong way over the bridge, which is now a one way system , what is he doing !!.
