Here's my favorite eggplant recipe, savory and spicy stir fry with dried small prawns
Is simple and healthier dish. A perfect combination with white rice. And other dish.

Ingredients :
Eggplant
Dried small shrimp
Garlic., onions, chili
Spring onions for garnish

Note  sprinkled salt to eggplant so that it will absorb less oil during deep frying the eggplant.
