The key ingredient is the well-known Chinese Spicy Chili Sauce – Lao Gan Ma 老干妈! Lao Gan Ma is my favorite among all Chili Sauces because its taste and name fills my childhood memories. While growing up, I ate this sauce so many times. Now, as a recipe creator, I use Lao Gan Ma to enhance most of my fried rice and noodle dishes.
