These scones are great for breakfast or brunch. Serve them with tea or coffee and some more almond butter and blueberry chia jam!

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups oat flour (oats pulverized into flour, you can process rolled oats in your blender)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener or any sweetener of choice (1/4 cup maple syrup would work too)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (I used frozen)
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- (not filmed!) 2/3 cup unsweetened plant milk, preferably soy milk (high in protein), plus 2 tablespoons for glazing
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes.
