While iPhone doesn't have any automated way to recover your deleted call history, I walk you through two different options you have to recover it in this video.
The first step is to check if you have any other device that may be connected to your Apple ID account or iCloud account. If you have an iPad or a Mac or Macbook it may have the call history on it as well and you can use that. If not, you can check to see if iCloud has a recent backup of your iPhone. If so, you can reset your iPhone to factory settings and restore your backup so that it makes a mirror image of your iPhone as it appeared before. This will recover any lost or deleted call history lists or logs. This trick works perfectly for iPhone iOS14 in 2021!
