A traditional Maltese dish made
A traditional Maltese dish made gluten free. Not your usual pie. It involves no technical skills, everything gets cooked in the pie (rice too although I decided to give mine a par boil). Quick to prepare and the flavour is a combination of sweet pumpkin and salty olives. Simply delicious. Any novice baker can attempt these little torta! Enjoy
