House Stats: (This was a CUSTOM BUILD)

The dimensions (outside the siding corners) are 12'-4" wide x 32'-3" long. With the RVIA certified Park Models, we need to stay under 400 square feet measured outside of the siding corners. The roof overhangs and the air conditioners made this one 15'-5" wide to transport. This particular Park Model is 15' tall.  This allows for more room in the lofts.

The GVWR of the trailer is 24,000 pounds and the shipping weight was 21,500 pounds.

The retail cost of this Park Model is $67,500 before delivery. (delivery can become costly since it takes a front and rear escort to move a load this size)(the front escort vehicle needs a high pole to check for low wires and bridges)
