The village of lupamir has an interesting story. The people of Ulupamir faced the Russian threat in Kyrgyzstan many years ago. Soviet forces send them to the Pamir Mountains of Afghanistan in 1916. In fact, they had been sent to put them to death. Because the place they went to was at an altitude of about 5 thousand and -40 degrees cold. But they managed to survive by adapting to the region.
