2 medium fried onion ( 1/2 cup )
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chillies
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp oil

1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
11/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala

1 Medium onion grated and squeezed
2-3 green chillies
coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp chickpeas powder / gram flour

Chutney:
coriander leaves
green chillies
garlic clove
salt
lemon juice
yogurt
