Come on over! In this video I take you into my home gym in the basement. I show you what equipment we have, what I use and some fun new things that have just been added. If you workout at home, you know it’s important to keep things fresh and stay motivated. Maybe you’ll find something that would  make a nice addition to your home set up.

If you’re interested in a TRX, don’t forget that you’ll need the wall mount bracket which is purchased separately (unless you go for the complete package which also has shaker bottles etc included. I can’t take one more shaker bottle in this house!🤣)
