If you've noticed your heat pump not heating as well as it used to, this might be why!
Recently, I noticed my heat pump not producing very much heat. Upon further investigation I noticed my condensing coil frozen up! This video shows how I dealt with the problem.
In short, I had to clean the condensing coil. There were multiple steps involved and a couple of points to be aware of. Condensing coil cleaning is an important step in maintaining your outdoor condensing unit.
