Moana 2: Beyond the Reef - A New Adventure Awaits!
Today, we're diving deep into the world of Moana 2! This epic sequel is set to hit theaters in November later this year, and there's so much to unpack. So buckle up and get ready to set sail for adventure!
We all loved Moana, the brave daughter of a chief who sails the seas to save her people. Well, she's back and facing a whole new set of challenges! This time, Moana receives a mysterious call from her ancestors. It leads her on a journey beyond the reef to a dangerous part of the ocean filled with mythical creatures and wicked underworld gods!
Moana won't be facing these dangers alone. She's joined by her trusty demigod friend Maui, voiced again by the one and only Dwayne Johnson. We'll also see the return of Moana's parents, voiced by Temuera Morrison and Nicole Scherzinger. But that's not all! There's a whole new crew joining Moana on her adventure, including a brainy but quirky member named Loto, a grumpy farmer named Kele, and a Maui superfan named Moni.
Just like the first movie, Moana 2 will be a musical adventure. Mark Mancina and Opetaia Foaʻi are back to score the film, and this time, they're joined by songwriters Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear. Lin-Manuel Miranda won't be returning, but with this new team on board, you know the music will be amazing!
