Heated Bench: Update

The results from my heated bench project. Here's the original video: Heated Bench

In this update, I'll discuss the success of this bench in maintaining a proper temperature for seed starting and for encouraging roots on new cuttings. You'll note that I've changed over from sand to a peat-based media. Also, I wanted to provide a measurement of power consumption, so that you'll have a rough estimate of how much it would cost to run something like this.
