Parisa Souq Waqif Restaurant Review - Doha Foodie (Recommended)

This is an opportune review with the announcement that Michelin will be producing a guide for Doha in the fall of 2024. Here is my review of my dinner at Parisa Souq Waqif Restaurant, located at Al Ahmed Street, Doha, Qatar. This restaurant has 3 locations worldwide (the others in Morocco and Switzerland). It is described as a restaurant with dramatic architecture & decor serving traditional Persian fare. Prediction: with a bit better service standard, I could see this easily get a Michelin recommended rating and inching towards a star. At this point, I think they would be lucky to be listed in the Michelin Guide. So I am give them the benefit of the doubt and predict they will be listed as a recommended restaurant in the Michelin Guide. But there is so much more potential for this restaurant if they could improve the quality of the food by a little and the service standard by quite a lot.
