- 4th of July Jell-o Shots Recipe -
Ingredients:
4 1/4 cups of water
1 Box of Strawberry Jello
1 Box of Blueberry Jello
1 Box of Clear Gelatin
1/4th cup of evaporated Milk
Mini Snack Cups or Shot Glasses
1/2 Cup of Blue Curacao Liqueur (Any Blue Liquor)
1 Cup of Malibu Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur (Any Rum)
Preparation:
Red Layer -
1. Boil 1.5 cups of water
2. To boiling water add 1 box of Strawberry Jello and 1/2 cup of Malibu Coconut rum (Mix Well)
3. While hot pour into the measuring cup
4. Pour Jell-o mixture evenly 1/3rd in each cup
5. Place in refrigerator to cool after pouring
White Layer-
1. Boil 1.5 cups of water
2. To boiling water add 1 box of Gelatin and 1/2 cup of Malibu Coconut Rum (Mix Well)
3. While hot pour into the measuring cup
4. Pour Gelatin mixture evenly 1/3rd in each cup
5. Place in refrigerator to cool after pouring
Blue Layer-
1. Boil 1.5 cups of water
2. To boiling water add 1 box of Blue Berry Jello and 1/2 cup of Blue Curacao Liqueur (Mix Well)
3. While hot pour into the measuring cup
4. Pour Jell-o mixture evenly 1/3rd in each cup
5. Place in refrigerator to cool after pouring
