In this week's episode, we travel to Mount Franklin, Victoria, and free camp in our converted Ford transit campervan. The mountain is very close to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Technically it's an extinct volcano.
We cook up a winter storm; beef and red wine stew, Mexican toasties, fresh eggs on toast, and share you our recipes.
In this video, I show you how to cook nachos and slow-cooked beef in pasta sauce, in the camp oven. I also make homemade gnocchi. For breakfast, I cooked Spanish eggs.
