Chop the chocolate and place in a large bowl. 2. Add boiling water and mix until completely melted. 3. Place the bowl with the melted chocolate into a bowl with eater and ice. Whisk until thickens and a mousse texture is formed. 4. Place a spoon in a glass with hot water for a few seconds, then scoop the mousse into a serving plate. Notes: • As the chocolate is the main ingredient in this recipe, it is highly recommended to use high quality dark chocolate. • To make to mousse more flavorful you can use flavored dark chocolate, for example: orange flavored chocolate, chocolate with chopped nuts and more. • To add extra flavor, you also can add extracts to the mousse, such as: almond extract, orange extract, mint extract and more. • Do not overmix the mousse, otherwise it will harden.
