Easy Dutch Oven Pork Chops

Preheat Dutch oven with 20 coals for 10 minutes with 15-20 coals on bottom. Sear the pork chops, drain if needed. Cut onion into full circle pieces about 1 in thick and put into dutch oven. Lay the  pork chops on top of the onions.  Pour soup and water over the top of pork chops. Add potatoes. Season with parsley, rosemary, pepper and salt. Put 10 coals on bottom and 18 on top. Cook for 45-55 minutes.

6 pork chops
1 yellow onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
2 russet potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
2 red potatoes
