Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies have been live-action with sprinkles of 2D animation here and there, but the 2021 Disney Plus movie is different. It brings Jeff Kinney's universe into CG, which works in some instances and takes some getting used to in others. Will Greg Heffley's adventures be worth watching in this new style?
