After eruption sequences include the unexpected comeback of plant and animal life in the blast zone, the impact on lives downstream from the volcano, and the scientists and researchers studying St. Helens' next moves.

Even after some 30 years, this video remains one of the best on Mount St. Helens. Shout out to narrator Michael Rye for having one of the most calming voices I've ever heard. The music's pretty good, too.
