How to Diagnose Insulin Resistance by simple blood tests.

Insulin Resistance means Insulin cannot work on some or most of the body cells, and hence insulin is secreted from pancreas more to develop hyperinsulinemia. If you are diagnosed as a case of diabetic today, it means you had insulin resistance at least 10 years back. In opposite words, by measuring insulin resistance , you can predict your Diabetic condition at least 1 decade earlier.
So we can do 3 tests, Fasting Insulin, Fasting Glucose /Sugar and fasting Lipid profile.
