Today we’ll show you a recipe that will surprise your guests in less than 10 minutes. A perfect flank steak with a bell pepper egg.

The bell pepper egg is a unique preparation that requires more than a few tips to achieve perfection unless you use a Keveri H1. The yolk cannot dry out, it should be cooked like a poached egg while the bell pepper is being grilled. You can achieve this in 5 minutes using the Fast Grill Mode. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 The best way to take advantage of this beautifully poached egg bell pepper is dipping a flank steak piece in it.

The flank steak is a thin cut, very tender and juicy, but without much infiltration, so you shouldn’t cook it at very high temperatures, or it could dry out and become hard. It is also perfect for #Classic Mode with a couple minutes per side and you can even smoke it in the #Low&Slow mode. If you decide to smoke it, we recommend doing it for a short time, since it is not a good cut to leave for hours, it could dry out.
