Better cascading drop-down lists in Excel

This video shows my technique for creating cascading (linked) drop down lists.
The technique uses the functions SUBSTITUTE ADDRESS INDIRECT and COUNTIF.
It allows the drop down lists to be totally dynamic.
i.e. if the lists change the drop-down will still work
