Resep Fu Yung Hai:

Bahan:
3 butir telur
2 lembar kol
½ wortel
40 gr ayam cincang
40 gr udang
3 sdm tepung kentang / sagu
1 bawang putih halus
1 batang daun bawang
Garam secukupnya
Merica secukupnya
Minyak goreng

Bahan saus:
1 sdm margarin
½ bawang bombai
1 siung bawang putih, geprek
1 tomat kupas, potong kotak-kotak
200-250 ml air
1 sdm tepung maizena
3 sdm saus tomat
1 sdt kecap inggris
1 sdm cuka beras
1-2 sdm gula
Garam, merica sesuai selera

Langkah:
1. Masukkan kol, wortel, bawang putih halus, daun bawang, ayam, dan daging ke dalam wadah
2. Masukkan garam dan merica
3. Masukkan telur
4. Masukkan tepung kentang/sagu
5. Aduk hingga tercampur rata
6. Goreng hingga garing dan empuk
7. Sajikan dengan saus

Saus:
1. Tumis margarin, bawang bombai, dan bawang putih
2. Masukkan tomat
3. Tambahkan saus tomat, cuka, dan kecap inggris
4. Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit campuran air dan tepung maizena
5. Tambahkan gula dan garam sesuai selera
6. Masak hingga saus medidih dan sedikit mengental

Egg Foo Young Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 leaves cabbage
1/2 carrot
40 g minced chicken
40 g shrimp
3 tbsp potato starch / cornstarch
1 clove minced garlic
1 stalk green onion
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Cooking oil

Sauce ingredients:
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 onion
1 peeled tomato, diced
150 ml water
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste

Steps:
1. Combine the cabbage, carrot, minced garlic, green onions, minced chicken, and shrimp into a bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the eggs
4. Add the potato starch / cornstarch.
5. Stir until mixed well.
6. Fry the batter until crisp and soft.
7. Serve with the sauce.

Sauce:
1. Sauté the onion and garlic with margarine.
2. Add the tomato.
3. Add the tomato sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Slowly add cornstarch and water mix.
5. Add sugar and salt to taste.
6. Cook until the sauces reaches a boil and thickens.
