A special event at the cabin

Hello everyone,

Come join me in the preparations for a very special event at the cabin!

Marloes

Recipe:
175g butter
300g brown sugar (I used 250 as I don’t like cakes being too sweet)
3 eggs
10cl milk
275g flour
1/2 sachet baking powder
2 very ripe pears
100g dark chocolate
pinch of salt

Melt the butter and mix with the sugar and eggs. Add the milk and mix. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix.
Preheat the oven to 180 celsius and grease a baking tin. Peel and cut the pears in small pieces. Grate the chocolate and add both to the mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Leave to cool on a rack before cutting the cake.
