Starsector Ep1 Black market trading for fun and profit

It's all about the money in Starsector. It reminds me a lot of X3, Freelancer and Escape Velocity with a sprinkling of Master of Orion 2 thrown in. We are not here to do some small low level fights, we are here to build an empire. The life blood of any empire is money so first we get the money, then we get the power, then we.... well we are most likely going to end up destroying a lot of real estate. It's just that once you have built an empire what else is there left to do?
