Link below for Crestron online help addressing this issue. I haven't worked with a Crestron connected device since flash got shut down, but I have connected to DMPS processors with a somewhat similar process. Basically there is a downloadable xpanel application that runs a standalone version of flash so Windows doesn't block it. Then you connect directly to the device you need to configure.

I've had some challenges getting ethernet control to a RoomView enabled Panasonic Projector via Digital link.
It's not actually hard to do, just a few steps that don't exactly jump out at you when you read the manual, and I've found some manuals are basic operations only so don't get into this stuff.
