कामयाबी का सफर कोई आसान सफर नहीं होता, वह सफर एक ऐसे रास्ते पर होता है जहाँ राह में कांटे भी बिछे होते है और रास्ता लंबा भी होता है। एक ऐसी ही कहानी लेकर Josh Talks आया है, जहां आज के हमारे speaker बांका जिले के निवासी बिहार पुलिस में दरोग Tripurari kumar जी अपनी संघर्ष और सफलता की inspirational कहानी हमारे साथ share करेंगे।
एक झोपडी में पूरे परिवार के साथ रहकर, दिन रात खेती करके, tuition पढ़ा कर अपनी रोज़ी रोटी चलाने वाले Tripurari जी का हमेशा से वर्दी पहनने का सपना था। Graduation और post graduation के बाद गाँव वापिस आये और घर की खेती में काम करना जारी रखा। खुद हल चलाने से लेकर tuition पढ़ाने वाले Tripurari जी ने घर के हालात और बिगड़ने पर, कंधे पर अखबार रखकर पटना शहर में घूम घूम कर बेचा और अपना घर चलाने की ज़िम्मेदारी को निभाया। लेकिन इन सब ज़िम्मेदारियों का बोझ और कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी इन्होने हार नहीं मानी और अपनी मेहनत के बल पर आज बिहार पुलिस में दरोगा की Post पर हैं।

March of victory has never been a cakewalk. It’s a stroll through the toughest treks, where struggle can be found on every step and obstacles are already present to greet you. Such a story of immense hardships and ultimately success belongs to our today’s speaker, a native of district Baanka, Bihar, Tripurari Kumar, who is an inspector in Bihar Police.
Tripurari Kumar completed his graduation and post-graduation; afterward, he had to come back to his native village where situations bound him to farm his land and conduct home tuitions to earn living. He did his share of hard work and fulfill his duties towards his family. When conditions were taking a toll and forcing him to go to Patna City and work as a newspaper vendor, he did not back down and sold those newspapers by walking in the streets with a stack of newspapers on his shoulder. All of this never was enough for him to give up on his dream of being a Police Officer. He kept on dreaming and even worked harder for his desired goal.
Today, his dedication and devotion to his aim and the honesty of his hard work have rewarded him and he has reached the destination that he always dreamt of.
All this made Tripurari Kumar the epitome of success. Struggle and hardship never shook his faith in himself or his belief in his goal but pushed him to walk an extra mile to work persistently to support his family and to keep his goal alive and always in sight.
