One Day After Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift with Dr. Kian

ONE DAY POST-OP! We’re here today because a lot of times you’ll see the ‘after’ weeks later or months later, and we thought it was important to show what it looks like the day after surgery. Yesterday I performed a deep plane lower face & necklift, upper & lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer to forehead, temples, under-eye hollows, smile lines (nasolabial folds), chin, earlobes and hands, and we completed her six hour surgery with laser resurfacing around the eyes and mouth. While this might sound extreme, I really took a ‘less is more’ approach for Nancy’s case. As you’ll see from her pre-operative photos, she’s naturally very beautiful and you’ll see as her healing continues, the outcome will be absolutely marvelous. She’ll look just like herself, just a far more refreshed version.

Nancy had an amazing, positive spirit and she was psychologically ready for this. And I think when I seen patients that are just ready mentally, they typically are doing as well as Nancy is this early after surgery. Obviously, she still has drains in place, as we are only one day post-op, but she is doing absolutely amazing.
