INGREDIENTS:-

6  white bread slices
1cup Thick /evaporated milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 to 1 tblsp sugar
2 tblsp chopped pistachio
2 tblsp caramelized nuts
oil for frying

for Butterscotch sauce :
1/2 CUP sugar
1-2 pinch salt
2 tblsp butter or ghee
1 cup heavy cream or milk

for cream filling:
1 cup chilled heavy cream
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tblsp butterscotch sauce
