Hello everyone! In today's video I show you how to prepare almond drink and with the leftover, almond flour.

Almond drink.
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds.
Preparation:
- Place the cup of almonds in a bowl and add water to cover, let it soak for at least eight hours.
- After this time, throw away the soaking water and wash them well with clean water.
- To remove the skin, place them in a bowl and cover them with boiling water, wait 10 minutes until the skin softens.
- Drain them and to remove the skin grab an almond with your fingers by the round part and squeeze lightly, the skin comes off easily.
- Place all the peeled almonds in the blender cup, add half a liter of water and blend very well for a couple of minutes.
- Pass all the mixture through a strainer with a very clean cloth or a large gauze (you can get it at the pharmacy).
- Help yourself with a spoon to extract all the liquid, when you feel that it is dry enough grab the cloth or gauze and squeeze very well with your hands to finish extracting all the substance.
- Return the remains that were left on the cloth to the blender cup, add another half liter of water and blend very well again and repeat the whole process of extracting the liquid.
- Now you have the almond drink ready, store it in a clean bottle in the refrigerator. It keeps in the refrigerator for about four days.

Almond flour.
To prepare the almond flour spread all the bagasse on a baking sheet and take it to the oven to dry it, at 100° C / 212° F. As it is very wet it will be difficult to spread it well so you have to be every 10 minutes or so undoing the lumps that have been left and spread it better throughout the plate, make sure it does not toast, the process is only to dry it and to keep it better in a dry place.
When you notice that the flour is dry, take it out of the oven and let it cool very well on the baking sheet, then take it between your hands and finish undoing any possible lumps that may have remained during the drying process. Store in a hermetically sealed container.
