I teach you how to DIY omamori lucky amulets, which are tokens usually purchased at Shinto Shrines or Buddhist Temples. They're made with brocade usually, and I'll be making them with fabric. You can put rice inside, ofuda, which are paper talismans, or other sorts of lucky items that might bring you luck. Don't open them if you receive one from someone else, as the charm will no longer work!
I listed glue as a material, as some omamori feature ofuda glued to the outside. I didn't do that this time, as I prefer to place them inside.
Different omamori have different meanings, so imbue each one you make with a different intention, be it luck while driving or studying.
This DIY project is great to do in an hour, and is perfect if you're bored.
