Organised by the INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre, together with EY, the Webinar and Digital Dialogue delved into the findings from EY’s “Europe Long-Term Value and Corporate Governance Survey 2023” which reveals that there is a critical link between how sustainability is handled at board level and business performance. Effective governance and board oversight is paramount for driving sustainability from target setting to concrete outcomes. To achieve this, boards need to effectively manage the dynamic tension balancing between short- and long-term priorities, leverage boarder engagement, remuneration and reporting to deliver systematic, accountable and authentic strategy to sustainability.
