Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal stated that primary schools in Delhi will remain shut from Saturday, November 5, until the air quality in the city improves. His statement comes after the Delhi BJP demanded that schools be closed in the national capital in view of severe air pollution.
Talking about anti-pollution measures, CM Kejriwal said, “We are closing outdoor sports activities for students above Class 5 students.” He further said, “ There is the contemplation of bringing back the odd-even scheme as well.”
