10gm - Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)
10gm - Chopped parsley (कटा हुआ अजमोद)
3gm - Aromate powder
100gm - White bread crumbs (सफ़ेद ब्रेड के टुकड़े)
50gm - Arrowroot flour (अरारोट का आटा)
500ml - Oil for frying (तलने के लिए तेल)

(For Slurry)
50gm - Corn starch (कॉर्नस्टार्च)
Water as required

(For Sauce)
10ml - Tandoori Mayonnaise (तंदूरी मेयोनेज़)
10ml - Mayonnaise (मेयोनेज़)

(Vegetable required)
Onion (प्याज)
Tomato (टमाटर)
lettuce (सलाद)

(Aloo Tikki Burger)
200gm Potato (boiled) (उबले आलू)
50gm Arrowroot (अरारोट का आटा)
1tbsp - Chilli flakes (मिर्ची के परत)
1tsp - Aromate seasoning
1tsp - Fennal (सौंफ)
1tsp - Chopped ginger (बारीक़ कटा अदरक)
1tsp - Green chilli (chopped) (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च)
1tbsp - Coriander (धनिया)
1tbsp - Oil (तेल)
1tsp - White pepper (सफ़ेद मिर्च)
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste

(For slurry)
1/4cup - Refind flour (शोधित आटा)
Water as required
Panco bread crumbs (for coating) (पैंको ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स)
(For Assembling)
4 - Burger bun
2 - tomato
1 - onion
1 - lettuce
4 - cheese slices
Mayonnaise

(Peri-Peri Panner Burger)
4slice - Panner (each 100gm square) (पनीर)
10ml - Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
3gm - White bread crumbs (सफ़ेद ब्रेड के टुकड़े)

30gm - Peri-Peri masala (पेरी पेरी मसाला)
8gm - Papkrika powder (पैप्रिका पाउडर)

orange red colour (optional)

5gm - Cornflakes (मक्कई के भुने हुए फुले)

2 raw Banana ( boiled)
70 gm processed cheese( amul)
20 gm mozrella cheese
1/4 cup corn( chopped)
1/4 cup Jalepeno ( chopped)
Arrarot as per required
2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp aromat powder
1/4 cup parsley ( chopped)
salt as per test
